Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Rose's Baked Goods. As a licensed cottage food business, all items are prepared in a home kitchen with care and made fresh to order. Because our baked goods are perishable and often customized, we maintain the following fair refund policy.


If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to make it right. 


Refund Eligibility

We may offer a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund if:

    •    You received the wrong item

    •    Your order was missing items

    •    Products were damaged upon pickup or delivery

    •    There was a significant quality issue with the product

    •    A mistake was made on a custom order that differs from the confirmed order details


To request a resolution, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with:

    •    Your name

    •    A description of the issue

    •    Clear photos of the product, if applicable


Non-Refundable Situations

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of baked goods, we cannot provide refunds or returns for:

    •    Change of mind after pickup or delivery

    •    Orders not picked up at the scheduled time

    •    Minor variations in color, design, decoration, or flavor appearance

    •    Damage occurring after pickup or delivery

    •    Products left unrefrigerated or improperly stored

    •    Allergy-related concerns when ingredients were disclosed in advance

    •    Partially consumed products
Cancellation We understand that plans can change.

  • Orders may be canceled up to 3 days for small orders and 7 days for large orders.


Custom Orders

Custom cakes, decorated cookies, dessert tables, and specialty orders may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.

    •    Deposits are applied toward the final balance

    •    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup may qualify for partial credit at our discretion for small orders. No refund for large orders.

    •    Orders canceled after production has begun are non-refundable


Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for verifying orders at pickup whenever possible.

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for handling and storage transfers to the customer.


Weather & Emergency Policy

In the event of severe weather, illness, or emergencies affecting fulfillment, we will work with customers to reschedule, issue credit, or provide refunds when appropriate.


Cottage Food Notice

This product was made in a home kitchen not inspected by the health department, as permitted under applicable cottage food laws.
